Engineering & Validation ("Test-As-You-Fly")

Every Dog Sweat component is engineered from raw laser-scanned OEM geometry, validated via structural and thermal simulation, and destructive-tested in desert and rock-endurance racing.

01 // METROLOGY & CAD/CAM

Closed-Loop Digital Manufacturing

CAD model with 3D scanned OEM meshes

All vehicle interfaces are digitized via sub-millimeter blue-laser 3D scanning. Components are modeled for multi-axis CNC machining with strict GD&T tolerances and aerospace-standard friction-clamp bolted joints.

02 // 2027–2028 RACE CAMPAIGN

SCORE Baja Class 7F & King of the Hammers Class 4500

Dog Sweat hardware on trail during rock crawling

We do not rely exclusively on digital simulations or street-only prototype testing. Our braking and suspension architectures are campaigned directly in SCORE International desert racing and King of the Hammers Class 4500 to prove fatigue life under extreme shock and thermal cycling.
